Version 2007

I have just completed the training course on project version 2003, can you tell me if there are many changes to the 2007 version and would i need further training. I will be attending the advance course but not sure if to do this on version 2007 as the company will be upgrading inthe near future.

As you have attended the Project 2003 Intro/Intermediate, in my opinion I would say book the 2003 advanced course as there are only a few changes that will affect your day to day management of the project. When you upgrade you could always use the forum to ask us about the new changes

Email a Task

When you need to communicate important information to your project staff use Microsoft Project 2003 to send them a note using outlook or an e-mail system.

1.In a task sheet, select the task or tasks which you want to send a project note.

2.On the File menu, point to Send To, and then select Mail Recipient (as Schedule Note).

3.Under Address message to, select the recipients of your note.
