Dear ChrisThank you for attending Outlook Advanced Course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
My Suggestion would be to remove the signature from the original form or Template.
If you have the signature in the Form or Template and also you have set the options to have the signature for every new E-mail message Outlook tends to insert duplicate signatures.
So if you remove the original signature from the Template or the Form then it shouldn't repeat twice when you create a mew Message based on that form!!
