RE: Sharing subfolders

Thank you for attending Outlook Advanced course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

In order to share subfolders it is important to give permission to all the folders above it in that hierarchy.

This means that if you have created a folder in the inbox and you want that to be shared. You have to grant permission to the subfolder, Inbox folder and the mailbox folder. That means you have to grant permission to all the three folders to share the subfolder.

I believe during the training we did grant permission to the sub folder and the Inbox but not to the Mailbox.
