Thank you for your question.

When creating a Vlookup formula, in the range lookup argument you use False if you want to find an exact match and True if you wanted to find the closest match(if the top row contained ranges eg. 0, 500,100 etc.

If you were to type in 345 if the range lookup is set to false then it wouldn't find it as it is looking for that exact value in the top row. So in this case you would use True.

On the other hand if you were searching for a capital using the Country as your lookup value(first column) then you would use False.

Go to source of a cell

The default setting in Excel is when you double click in a cell it actives the formula in the cell. If you have created a link and want to directly go to that link (say if on another sheet, click on Tools -options and take off the tick for eidt it directly in cell
