Organization chart

Hi,

I have been trying to add a subordinate in previously created organization chart. For some reason, however, the subordinate I add is different size than all the others. I have been trying to change the size of the box but it doesn;t allow me to do so... I have been trying also to add subordinates in order places of the chart with the same result...boxes are smaller. PLease can you explain what to do? how to make them consistent?

please can you kidnly let me know as soon as possible?

thank you very much,

ewa

RE: organization chart

Hello Ewa

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

On the Organisation Chart toolbar, click the Layout button and select AutoLayout (should be the last option).

Once AutoLayout is turned off, then you should be able to right-click on the outside of the shape you wish to resize, then go to Format AutoShape and select Size - you should be able to change the dimension of the shape here and click OK.

Does this help?

Kind regards
Amanda
