Hi Rekha
The best way to do this in VBA is to write the code to create a pivot table.
1. In the code, the lines that move the fields onto the pivot table would refer to variables (eg strRowField and strColumnField)
2. You would then create a form with either text boxes or combo boxes. (one each for Page, Row, Column, Data)
When you select the relevant fields and click OK the names are sent to the variables. The system then deletes the old sheet holding the pivot table or creates a completely new on if needed. The Pivot table macro is then run using the information in the variables to set the pivot table fields.
