Critical Path

Should I try and create float days in my projects where initially everything appears as a critical path?

RE: Critical Path

Hi Katy

Thank you for your question.

The Critical Path indicates the tasks that drive the end date and have no float. Adding float means that delay can take place in your schedule without necessarily delaying your project end date. t may not be acceptable to add float (as it will make the overall project duration longer).

Best wishes with your projects and do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
