Hi Yvonne,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

To create a custom filter go to Project, Filtered for and then More filters. Click Next and type the desired name.

On each line add the criteria you want separating each line with an And or Or.

I hope this answers your question.

To draw attention to a bar on your Gantt chart simply double click it. From the dialogue box that opens make your selection of text and bar modifications.
