Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Open the spreadsheet and click in any one of the cells of data(any cell underneath the main headings). The spreadsheet must have the data arranged in columns.

Then go to Data and PivotTable and PivotChart Report. Follow the steps of the wizard specifying the type of report, the range of cells your Pivot table will be based on and which sheet you want to place the pivot table on.

Then go to Layout and specify your Row, Column, and Data fields.
