Outlook

Hi,

Can you please tell me how I delete an email address from my address book. I mean that when I go to a new email and type in the first letter of the contacts name I sometimes have a couple of email addresses for that contact, since I may have input some incorrectly, so do not need them all anymore.

Many thanks.

Viv

RE: Outlook

Hi Viv

Okay this auto fill feature in the address feature can be useful and also annoying especially when you have a dud email address.

all you need to do is as soon as you see the address being prompted in the list, just use your down cursor key to select it then hit delete.

Hope this helps.

Regards

Jacob
