Subtotals

I have just tried the subtotals for sum and average together, but I have not got 4 columns on the left handside(where I can extend the details), only three. Is it possible to see only the totals for the average or only the totals for the sum using the same sheet?

Many thanks

RE: Subtotals

Hello Krisztina

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

If you put in an average subtotal in addition to a sum subtotal, typically only 3 levels appear on the left hand side of the screen, not 4.

As far as I am aware, you would need to create a separate list (one with sum subtotals, one with average subtotals) to see only the total for one or the other. I don't think you can have them both on the same list and then only show one.

Kind regards
Amanda
