Hello AlistairThank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
To create dropdown lists, use data validation.
1. Select the cells to contain the dropdown list.
2. Go to Data - Validation
3. Select List
4. Enter each list item in the blank area near the bottom of the dialogue box, separated by commas, e.g. Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday etc.
5. Click OK.
