Thank you for your question. Word 2007 no longer has its own speech recognition feature. Instead Microsoft recommend that you use the speech recognition features of Vista. If you are running Windows XP you will either need to use an earlier version of Word that has this feature built in or explore third party solutions that may add these features to Word 2007.
