Hello Marissa

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Formulas cannot be hidden without having protection applied to the spreadsheet, so if there are other cells in the spreadsheet that you want people to be able to change or edit, then those cells will need to be unlocked (using the same steps 1-4 below, but unchecking the 'Locked' box instead of ticking the 'Hidden' box) before protection is applied (steps 5-6).

1. Select the cells containing the formulas to be hidden.
2. Right-click on a selected cell, and choose the Format Cells option from the shortcut menu.
3. Select the Protection tab and tick the Hidden checkbox.
4. Click OK.
5. Go to the Review tab and click the Protect Sheet button, setting a password if desired.
6. Click OK.

Create and delete borders

To put a border around the outside of a selected range, press Ctrl+Shift+&. Use Ctrl+Shift+_ (underscore) to remove any borders from a range.
