Hi Barrie. Thanks for your query. Below is a weblink which will lead you through the dialog boxes to a list of codecs on an individual PC. You need to cross check the codecs on your machine with the presenters machine, to make sure videos that are compressed will run.

Hide toolbar and arrow pointer in slide show view

When viewing a presentation in slideshow view, the slideshow toolbar and arrow pointer can be seen on your slides.

To hide these temporarily from your audience's view, you can press 'A' or '=' on the keyboard. Pressing one of these keys again will make the toolbar and arrow pointer reappear.
