RE: Project links

Hi Jack

Thank you for your question. You can link one project to another by creating a temporary project. From the insert menu choose insert > project and browse to find the plan you require. Repeat with the second plan. You can now drag links between any tasks that need connecting across both projects. Close the temporary project and accept the prompt to save changes to the two inserted plans. You can keep or discard the temporary file.

Now the two projects are linked and any changes to predecessor tasks in one file have an impact in successors in the other plan.

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
