If I have a spreadsheet that I need to take certain data from inthe same column but the row change is various can I run a macro to show this, then return certain lines until the next change?

Can you clarify your question for me please? In particular can you define what you mean by the row change is various. If you could knock together a sample spreadsheet showing what you mean, and email that to me that would be helpfull

Thank you for your response and sorry for the delay in my responding to you, I've been away from the office on business.
I've got a Spreadsheet that is the raw data and also a spreadsheet that I want it to look like, Do you have an email address I can send the attachments to?

I apologise for the delay in getting back to you which was the result of both personal health issues and me being away from the office providing on site training.
