Hi Dianne, thanks for the query. Action buttons are simply created by selecting the Autoshapes option on the drawing toolbar, and then selecting an Action button from the options at the bottom of the list. When you draw an Action button onto the slide, a dialog box will appear allow you to attach an action, such as hyperlinking to Slide 1 and the button itself will become active when you display the presentation in slideshow mode.

forum postI use Outlook with Exchange server at work. When I am away I use Outlook Web Access. I would like read/write emails when I am offline for example on the plane. How to set up program for this?
