How do I insert already existing slides/presentation into a new presentation? For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability
RE: Powerpoint
Hi Sarah-Jane, thanks for the query. In Powerpoint 2007, the simplest way to do this is to position your cursor in the slide sort where you want the incoming slides to go, then click on the dropdown arrow beneath New Slide on the Home tab. Then select Reuse Slides, and in the panel that appears on the right select Slides from file. This will allow you to browse to the incoming presentation.Once you've found that presentation, it will be previewed in the panel. Note that there is a "Keep Source Formatting" tick box at the bottom of the panel which you need to make sure is ticked to keep the formatting/branding of the incoming presentation intact. You can then insert slides by double clicking on them, and they should be inserted straight into your presentation.
Hope this helps,
Anthony
