I have used the query wizard to create a query to display the directors listed on a particular company, the data shows as follows:[Company A Limited] - [Director 1]
[Company A Limited] - [Director 2]
[Company A Limited] - [Director 3]
[Company B Limited] - [Director 1]
[Company B Limited] - [Director 2]
As you can see from the above the query displays the information I want, however I don't want it to display the company name next to every director, I want it to display as follows:
[Company A Limited] - [Director 1]
[Director 2]
[Director 3]
[Company B Limited - [Director 1]
[Director 2]
Any help would be appreciated.

I have found the answer, it is as simple as showing the data by a Group, in this case it will be by Company.Thanks,
