Hello Alison

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

You can add numbers to PowerPoint slides by going to View - Header and Footer, and checking the Slide number box. Then click Apply to all to put numbering on all slides; or Apply to number just the slide currently showing on your screen.

Rearrange bulleted text quickly

Here are some handy shortcut keys for rearranging bullet points on your slides.

Simply click anywhere within the bullet point you wish to reposition; then hold down Shift + Alt then use the Arrow Up or Arrow Down key depending on which direction you want to move the bullet point in (up or down).

The bullet point will move up or down one bullet point at a time.

forum postWhy when you highlight the 'dots' on a scatter graph before plotting a line through the 'dots' does it not highlight all the dots. Also, does this mean that they are not being included in the calculation of where to plot the line.
