I personally like to book out my whole day (9:00-17:30) would microsoft prefer the all day event to save disc space?

Hi Colleen,

Thank you for your question.

As far as I am concerned, there is not a lot of difference in terms of disk space. Outlook has a limit of 13 to 15 all day events at the top of your calendar.

To add more you would have to try and change the screen resolution.

An all day event leaves your calendar blank and places the all day event at the top of the calendar.
