Hi David,Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
If you go to www.microsofttraining.net and then click the Delegate Sign In button in the top right of the screen.
Type in the email address you provided in the evaluation and the 4 digit password that should have been emailed to you.
Your delegate account screen will appear with a set of tabs. Click the History/Courseware tab and Outlook Advanced should have a green band behind it. Click on the 2nd yellow folder to unzip the 2003 reference manual and save it to your pc.
The reference manual covers the topics in greater detail.
