Sharing my calendar on outlook but not the contents of the diary
Dear SimonI need to share my outlook calendar with my team colleagues. I do attach docments and e-mails to the content of the diary entry which may contain private information.
Is there a way that I can share the entry in my diary however stop other colleagues opening the contents stored there?
e.g they can see I am in a meeting and where the location is but cannot open the attachments or ready the body of the text.

Hi Colleen,Thank you for your question.
I am not aware of a method of hiding or protecting the text in the appointment screen or to stop the attachments being open(apart from password protecting the file).
