How do you prevent data from 'hashing' over when a field is reduced in size after pressing the best fit button on the Column Definition screen (note that before the best fit button is pressed, this doesn't happen)?

Hi Brendan

Thank you for your question. I'll do a little investigating for you. Oddly the reverse behaviour should take place ie values that are partially exposed should be hashed to prevent the user misreading them. Values should only be fully displayed when a column is wide enough to show the whole value. I'll let you know what I find out.

Hi Brendan

I haven't been able to find an answer to this. It looks like the software is designed to show the ### symbols. I suspect that the fact the display didn't show ### originally is an error.

If I find anything else out about this I'll let you know.

Typing Links Between Tasks

In the Entry table, use the Precessors column to type in links. Type the previous task's ID to link. To change the link, add FS (Finish-Start), FF (Finish-Finish), and so on, and + duration to add a Lag, or - duration for a Lead time. Example: for task 5, 4FS+1w ... task 4 preceeds task 5, finish to start, with a week lag between.
