Change colour of text
Hi, I'd like to use a function (IF Function I think?) to change the colour of text. I want values of less than 0 to be blue, greater than 0 to be red, and 0 to be black. Can you tell me how to do this please?
Thanks

RE: Change colour of text
Hi DeirdreThank you for your question
I suggest using the conditional formating tool.
1.Select the range of cells to format
2.Go to format and conditional formating
3.For condition 1 select less than and type 0 into the value box
4. Click on Format button and set the font format to be blue
5. Click Add to add another condition
6. Choose equal to and type in 0. Set format to black
7. Add another condition
8. Here the condition is greater than 0 and the format is red
Regards
Stephen
