Please explain how the following formula works. i.e. how do the index and match functions work?=INDEX('P&L & BS Data'!$1:$65536,MATCH($D$2&"."&M$28,'P&L & BS Data'!$A:$A,0),MATCH($L48&"M"&RIGHT(100+$K48,2)&".IAS Actuals.US Dollar",'P&L & BS Data'!$1:$1,0))

I will attach an excel spreadsheet in my next email showing you an example of an Index and Match function.
