Transferring presentations

I have a ppt presentation on my personal email which I cannot email to my work email due to size restrictions. I want to use this presentation at work but I do not have powerpoint on my home computer so I'm not sure how to save it. How do I get this on to my work computer?

RE: Transferring presentations

Hi Kate,

Thank you for your question.

Do you have a memory stick? If so right click over ppt attachment in your email and use the Save As option to save it on the memory stick.

Take the memory stick to work and copy it off onto your work computer.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

Powerpoint tip:

Getting animations to play in slide show view

If you have a presentation that you know contains animations, but they are not playing in slide show view, try the following:

1. Go to Slide Show - Set up Show.

2. In the 'Show options' section of the dialogue box that appears, check to see if the box next to 'Show without animation' has been checked.

3. Remove the check and click OK - you should now be able to see the animations play in slide show view.
