Power point crashing
my powerpoint crashes when i copy an excel graph from 1 presentation to another. How do you copy and paste a graph from execl and omitt external links?For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

Hi Sanjay,Thank you for your question.
Select the chart in Excel and copy it and paste it into a slide in your PowerPoint presentation.
Alternatively open the excel file and make sure the sheet with the chart is showing. Now save and close the excel file.
In PowerPoint go to the slide and choose Insert and then Object.
Use the Create from file option and browse for the excel file and select it. Then click OK twice and the chart will appear.
