Hi Vanessa,

Thank you for your question.

If you go to Tools and then Rules and Alerts. Click New and choose Move messages from someone to a folder. Use the two blue hyperlinks in step 2 to select the person and which folder.

Then keep clicking next adding any other options until the rule has finished.
