RE: CLipart in a slide and adding text to it.

Hello Kanti

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

There are a couple of ways of achieving this:

1. Use a layout which allows you to add a caption over or underneath a picture.

2. Draw a textbox, type into it and then position the text box where you want it to go in relation to the picture. If the text box is going to be positioned over top of the picture, you may need to change the text box's order to bring it to the front of the picture.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards
Amanda

Hi Amanda

Thanks for the reply, which layouts allow a caption to be included over or underneath apicture/clipart?

RE: CLipart in a slide and adding text to it.

Hi Kanti

If you are using the 2007 version of PowerPoint, there is a slide layout called Picture with Caption that you can use.

Kind regards
Amanda
