Acces Report Layout
We were shown how to put each new set of data on a new sheet, however where data sets were small this would mean wasting paper if the data only took up half a page. Is there a way to only go to a new sheet if two lots of data won't fit on one?For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability
RE: Acces Report Layout
Hi ClaireThank you for your question
The best solution here is to not place a page break in each group footer. This will avoid the waste of unnecessary space.
To prevent groups spreading over more than one page you can select the keep together option in the group menu
Hope this helps, if you need any further help, please do not hesitate to contact me

Stephen
