MS project
how do I change a start date on my project? For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability
RE: MS project
Hi JacobThank you for your question. You can change the project start date either by going to the Project menu, choosing Project information and setting the start date or by going to View > Toolbars > Analysis and from the toolbar that appears clicking on Analysis.
Make sure your plans have no recorded work in them before using either method.
Using adjust date will pick the plan in its entirety - including any float and position it on the date you choose. Changing the project start date may consume (or increase your float) if you have constraints in your plan.
I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
