Resource shedule

Hi IanThank you for your question - and apologies for the delay in coming back to you. One way to see both assignments across multiple projects and overallocation would be to open the resource pool and look at the resource usage view.
You can add in a column that shows the name of the sub project that contains each task (right click on the label for the task name and choose insert column. From the list select the field called Project).
Overallocation resources will be shown in red and the table will show when overallcation is taking place, across multiple projects.
