How do I start the page numbers on Slide 3, but with the page number starting at 1?

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

I'm not sure if it is possible to do this. You can start slide numbering from 1 on the second slide of your presentation, but I'm unsure about whether you can do this from slide 3.

To start slide numbering from 1 on the second slide in your presentation, go to the Design tab and click the Page Setup button. Under Number slides from: change the 1 to a 0. You can't make this number negative, therefore it wouldn't be possible to put -1, making slide 3 the slide numbered as 1.
