Footers
Hi - how can I get my footer to just appear on one specific page? At the moment it is also appearing on every subsequent page! ThanksFor upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability
RE: Footers
Hello JessicaThank you for your question.
Is the page in question the first page in your document; or a page elsewhere (i.e. after page 1)?
Kind regards
Amanda
RE: Footers
OK, so you will need to create a section containing just the page that you want the footer on.To do this, insert two next page section breaks: one after the text on the page above where the footer is going; and another after the text on the page where the footer is going to go.
Then go into the footer area. You should now see that you have Footer - Section 1, Footer - Section 2 and Footer - Section 3.
Click in Footer - Section 3 and turn off the Link to Previous button (on the Header & Footer Tools - Design tab). Do the same Footer - Section 2 (which should be the footer you want to put information into).
Then put your footer information into Footer - Section 2.
I hope this helps.
Amanda
