RE: Excel

Hello Sue

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Once you have created the chart in Excel, select the Chart Area and copy.

In Word, if you go to the Home tab, and click the dropdown arrow next to the Paste button, you will find Paste Special.

In Paste Special, you will have different options for how to paste the chart into the Word document.

The Microsoft Excel Chart Object option will allow you to be able to edit the chart from within Word once pasted, by double-clicking on it.

The various Picture options will allow you to paste as a picture, which can't be edited once pasted, but should be easier to resize and reposition in your Word document.

Kind regards
Amanda
