Hello Efua

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

To apply protection to a worksheet, go to the Review tab, and click the Protect Sheet button.

Create a password (if you wish), and tick any actions that you want people to be able to perform even when protection is applied.

If you have entered a password, you will be prompted to enter it again.

Click OK to apply protection.

Click anywhere on the worksheet.
On the Edit menu, click Go To.
Click Special.
Click Data validation.
Click All.
