How do I format numbers in tables to hold two decimal places?
I am trying to use a database that someone else has created and need to format one of the number fields to two decimal places.For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

Hi Christine,Switch to design view, and click on the Data Type cell of the field you want to add decimal places to.
Look at the Field Properties below. Under the General tab, you can adjust the Decimal Places value (third property down). Type 2, or choose 2 from the drop-down box.
