Further to your post I wanted to clarify what SPSS17(IBM?) is?

I am assuming it is a relational database and you wish to link to Access? If so we can most likely assist in a consultative fashion by reviewing your requirements in more detail and producing a scope of work containing durations/costs.

Compact database automoatically

To ensure optimal performance, you should compact and repair your

Open the Access database or Access project that you want Access to compact automatically.
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the General tab.
Select the Compact on Close check box.

forum postBasically this is the ugly formula I used to sum all the stages in the process by each cost, based on the month selected in the pick list. This then profiles my budget monthly for each cost.
