Populating a programme

Is it possible to link more than one programme together (without merging them together) - i.e each retains its own intelligence.

RE: Populating a programme

Hi Paul

Thanks for your question. Let me know if this is the kind of thing you are looking for. First create a new blank project. Use Insert > Project to bring in the two plans in question. Use your mouse to drag and link the tasks that should be connected. Remember that although Project gives you a FS relationship you can double click the link and choose the correct type of dependency.

When you have finished close and save each file. The sub projects are linked. The third file, the one you used to connect the two projects can now be deleted.

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
