RE: Macro

Hi Violette

Thanks for the question

The following are the main steps in creating a macro

1. Start the Macro Recorder (Tools-Macro_Record New
Macro)
2. Give the Macro a name and click OK. The macro recorder will be running and you will have the stop recording tool bar available
3. Carry out the actions that the macro is to do
4. When finished, click Stop Recording

To run the macro
1.Go ToTools-Macro_Macros
2. Select the Macro to Run
3. Click Run

Hope this is useful

Regards

Stephen

Excel tip:

Wrapping Text in a Cell in an Excel 2010 Workbook

When you have a lot of text you want to put in a particular cell but you can't decrease the font size to fit because the text will then become ineligible, then manually wrap the text in a cell by simply pressing ALT+ENTER.
