Is it possible to categorise tasks so that on the calendar view you can see different colours? (Like Outlook)For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

Hi Kym-MarieThank you for your question. MS Project doesn't support categories for tasks in the way Outlook does. As an alternative you could insert a custom field (such as Text1) into your table and use this to store a category-like label which you could then use for filtering.
MS Project also incorporates calculated custom fields which could be used to create flags, icons or trigger Bar Styles that would change the colour of the bars.
