Project Management software
do all my colleagues need to have access to project management software in order to manage their bit of the project? Or I am meant to be doing this myself on their behalf, since I am the project manager? For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability
RE: ?
Hi GiovannaThank you for your question. Generally for people to maintain their data in a Project Management system each person would need access to the software. In some organisations the Project Manager is the only person with access so they maintain everything. In larger projects though the work is shared out and team members are encouraged to update their respective parts of the plan.
I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
RE: ?
Thanks, Andrew,This is helpful and I'll see what my boss will think about this. We might end up getting the software for the main key players, but I'll need to discuss this further.
