Hi Francoise

Thank you for your question

Could you please clarify your requirments for me. Do you wish to display a seperate pivot chart for each item in the page fields collection?

RE: Excel

Hi Stephen

Yes, I was showed the "show pages" function for the pivot table and I was wondering when you do a graph from a pivot table, do you have the possibility to do the same? I have tried but the function is not showing.

Thank you.

RE: Excel

Hi Francoise

Thanks for the update.

I have explored this and can't find any straightforward way to solve this problem.
It would be possible to write a macro which would create a chart for each page field value, but that would involve using VBA and would be relatively complex.

Regards

Stephen

Excel tip:

Sorting data stored in rows

Primarily Excel is set up to sort data that is stored in columns rather than rows.

It is possible to get Excel to sort data stored in rows however.

Click in the row you want to sort, or select the cells in the rows you wish to sort.

Go to Data - Sort, then go to the Options button in the bottom left corner of the Sort dialogue box.
