Hi Charlene,

Thank you for your question and sorry for the delay in responding.

Open the spreadsheet and select any cell under the main headings. Go to Data and then the Pivot Tables option.

The wizard will then appear. Select excel database as the source and the Pivot Table option.

Then select the data source which must include all the headings and data source.

Finally tell excel where you want to place the pivot table. Then click Layout and choose which fields you want as Page, Row, Column and data.

Click OK and then Finish.

Excel tip:

Editing Formulas in Excel Cells

Although people like to edit a formula in the Formula bar, you can also edit a formula in the cell.

To do this select the cell and press "F2". This puts Excel into Edit mode, and you can move around in the cell and make any necessary changes.

Double-clicking the cell also puts Excel in Edit mode.
