Hi. I would like to create a new Outlook email on click to a receipient whos email address is in the form, and add subject and body text (from vba as not in the form). Also some other fields will be added in to the text which are also on the form. Any help appreciated. Thanks. David.

You can use a combo box in a form to look up a record. If you place the comb box in the Form header, by then selcting they a field type from the drop down loist, you will see the record for it
