Hi Taiwo,Thank you for the question.
To import data from excel you need to go to File Get External Data.
1. Choose Import Data.
2. Change the Files of Type to Excel.
3. Find and select the Excel file.
4. Select the Headers checkbox if the excel data has column headings.
5. Follow the rest of the wizard and let access assign a primary key.
To Export access data to Excel select the table or query and use the Office Links option under the tools menu and choose one of the following:
1. Analyse with Excel.
2. Publish with Word.
3. Merge with Word.
