You can access the downloadable training materials by visiting www.microsofttraining.net and following the Delegate link in the top right hand corner of the page.
Use your email address and the 4 digit password you were sent after completing your feedback. Once you have logged in look for the 5th tab which shows your course history and courseware. It contains the links to the downloadable materials you are looking for.
