Hi CamillaThank you for your question. You can access fields that can be customised by going to Tools > Cusomize > Fields.
By choosing a field type (e.g Text) and selecting one of the available fields (e.g. Text1) you can set a formula that incorporates and If expression. Click on the Formula... button and then click on Function. From the General sub menu choose IIF (this is the equivalent of an IF Function)
